The East Point Educational Trust was founded in 1988 by the Dutt Family of Ranchi to uphold these ideals. For over three decades, East Point School has been a pioneer in primary education and consistently ranks among the leading schools in Ranchi. The idea of establishing East Point School emerged when the Dutt Family recognized the immense, untapped potential in students during their formative years.

Had these learning gaps been addressed earlier through experiential learning methods, these students could have achieved success much sooner. This realization inspired the Dutt Family to create a world-class school in Ranchi, built on the principles of strong academic design and empowering student agency.
